    getting this going for everyone.

    myjack and i went for a walk. 28 minutes, 5 seconds. were getting faster!

              Walking and swimming for me - did an extra 2 (20 metre) lengths tonight!

                            My daughter is extremely sick today...fever of 101.8 and pain in here right flank where she has her only kidney, so I have been tied up with that. No exercise for me
