Rest or sick, whichever this qualifies as....I don't know if it was all the stairs yesterday or what, but my right knee is NOT working like it's supposed to and its killing me!!!! I have a heat patch on it and planning on wearing it to bed, hope that helps!
edited to add: anyone else ever have a knee problem? When I bend it up and back it makes a popping or a grinding feeling. That has happened before, but not with pain/aching. Is this something I should call the Dr about or give it a few days and see how it goes?
