  • 6 Wec #45, Week 4, Day 3, Tuesday, July 22

    i'm getting todays thread started.

    i get email updates for the days posts, every thread that has been updated, every new post, each night at midnight. i can see all the post made during the day BUT i do not get notices for edits to posts. sooooo............instead of doing edits for something you need to correct, just make another post. that i will see.

    i plan on exericising but haven't done anything yet. i'll let you know when i complete something.

    I think I'm posting this wrong--I usually work out early a.m.
    and post in the evening (try)
    need to be more focused in my posts..
    4:30 A.M and I rode the real bike!!
    went to the public library and back!
    close to 10 miles altogether!
    never dared dream to be doing this again!
    thank you all!!! for your inspiration and keeping me motivated!

      bill, you are doing fine. if you post in the evening, i'll get the posts. as long as your exercise [or anybody's for that matter] is posted on the day of the exercise, then it all shows up on the charts.

          so are you telling me the charts are all off by one day? oi............ LOL

          let me see, maybe i explained it wrong or weirdly.
          lets say you bike on wednesday july 23 but you don't get to the computer till friday. you should go to the wednesday july 23 thread and post your biking.
          no matter when you post to the thread, i'll see the updates via email. if somebody posts to the thread 6 months from now, i'll get an update.

          did that explain it right?

                  for the first time in over 2 months, i've rode my bike for 20 minutes straight. yippee! that's 4 miles for me.
