      45 min strengh training at least 3 days a week
      On the off day is Yard work

        happy to have you with us! i can add you to our list of
        challengers, happyinlife, but you won't be eligible for the awards this time around. this is a time sensitive challenge with exact start and finish times. the new challenge will start august 10 and sign up for that begins this coming sunday, august 3.
