    Sorry guys about yesterdays title instead of day4 i wrote day3.

    Well i have had my 15 minute fast pace walking and 20 minute run and i feel good!!!!

    Only got 3/4 of my walk in as it started to rain. I'll see if I can't drag out the WATP tape when I get home.

                  I couldn't get on yesterday...

                  Just to catch up cuz I forgot where I left off -

                  Tuesday I did 30 min on the treadmill and some weights.

                  I rested yesterday because my new shoes rubbed my heel so bad I was bleeding.

                  Today, I will (try) to do 45 min treadmill and weight training on arms and abs.

                        I'm taking Thursdays off during "Survivor" Season. I never do anything on Thursdays because it's the ONLY day of the week I watch tv and just chill totally. I have my family trained not to bother mom on Thursdays and I don't want to ruin a good thing. This will be my one lazy day.

                        Well, ok.... maybe I'll do the cruches and use my hand held weights...but not the treadmill.
