    Debbie good for you whoo hooo!!!! so I am thinking sex counts and I am going to be away in Canada in a lovely spot with my DH....so I can not report it but I can promise you this ...I will not be slacking either!!!!.....put me down for the whole weekend would you!!!! :icondance :icondance :icondance :icondance :icondance

      I've done Walk away the pounds for the last 3 days. It is so great!! I did it twice the first day so that is 40 min. and 1 each day after that. Sorry I did not report!! I forgot :no

        30 minutes on the treadmill...at the gym...somehow much harder than my home workout!

          Sex as exercise... hmmm... Well do you ... uhhh I mean your friend ... get all hot and sweaty and out of breath? :yikes LoL

          I had to get my exercise in a bit early today as hubby and I are headed out of town this afternoon. So don't expect to see the chart get updated or 6WEC#15 winners announced until Monday.

          20 squats
          20 lunges
          25 dead lifts
          40 crunches
          40 reverse curls

          Week 1 Day 3 of Cto5k.. ran for a total .65 miles and walked for a total of 1 mile.
