          by the sea, by the sea with the fishies splashing

          crazy day. the indonesian and I may be taking a job as motel managers down in seaside. had to go down and check it out. did some walking and jogging by the ocean. not sure how intense it was. the wind was blowing and it make it difficult for me to determine if I was winded from exercise or the wind.

            3.2k run on an incline
            10 minutes eliptical trainer
            45 minutes upper body weights

            It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




            I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
