    I have done 20 mins run/walking and 15 mins stretch. Will do 1.5 hr kicboxing class this pm.

      im working 8 hrs today cleaning houses. im not sure how that figures in with charting... ?

            50 min on treadmill and those are my last words I am going behind my couch to die
            extended induction

              Today, I did 20 minutes on the elliptical and ab work.

                      45 minutes of strength training, 5 minutes of sit-ups and crunches and 35 minutes of walking while pushing my granddaughter in her stroller!
