Nothing at all. Only my 100 abs and some cleaning in the garden. But I can't consider this as my 30min/day exercising. So, that means I have had a slug day. That means, no matter what I do in the next 5 weeks and a half, I will not even win a slug free button. I'm sad... But at least I'm honest.
