            Got hit by a SUV and sandwiched between the fawkes and the other car so um... no exercise tonight since my muscles are sort of mad right now.

            BTW: fawkes still runs and is just missing some signals and a little scratched. I'm okay aside for some muscle strains, bruises and soft tissue crap.

                        Nothing at all. Only my 100 abs and some cleaning in the garden. But I can't consider this as my 30min/day exercising. So, that means I have had a slug day. That means, no matter what I do in the next 5 weeks and a half, I will not even win a slug free button. I'm sad... But at least I'm honest.

                        Edit. 35 minutes bike the day after...
