Weights and swimming for me. I tried swimming backstroke for the first time in years (which I used to be good at as a child) and nearly drowned as well as wandering from side to side and irritating my fellow swimmers. Needs more practice!! Maybe I need some lessons.

Friday a TON of walking climbing hiking type stuff... maybe 4 or 5 miles total... we drove up to the Quinault Rainforest in WA state and were planning on camping. When we got there all 3 of the "modern" camp grounds were full and the 2 primitive were too primitive for having a 6 year old nephew with you and not being prepared w/ potable water toilet paper etc... so we did a ton of walking around went to waterfalls the biggest spruce tree in the state etc... then drove back home (3 hour drive) and stopped at every single camp ground on our way back and they were ALL full... anyhow I did a ton of walking Friday!

- 75 lbs by May 13th, 2009 *my 3rd anniversary*
