    45 minutes RPM cycling class
    1.5 hours of Indoor cricket practice. I am going to ache tomorrow!

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

    5 Mile Jungle/Trek Run early Morning

    Since it was Sunday & I had time was gonna do 8 miles, saw rain clouds & wind whipping up turned around & headed back & it started pouring literally minutes after I finished up!
    I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

        Hey!

        I did it! I can't believe that I actually did it! Yup, did the sixth day of Burn it Up today.

        Tomorrow is a REST DAY for me. Saints be praised, cause I don't think I can move my foot one inch further. I think that I shall just collapse right here on the keyboard for the next two days!

                              I hope this is ok - but i just got a nastygram from Skyye about not checking in, so i'm putting all last week in this....

                              Monday - Snow day, no gym
                              Tuesday - Chest & Back (weights), 30 minutes of elliptical
                              Wednesday - Shoulders & Arms (weights), 30 minutes of elliptical
                              Thursday - Legs (weights), 15 minutes of elliptical
                              Friday - Chest & Back (weights), 35 minutes of elliptical
                              Saturday - about 2 hours of unsupervised activities (if it raises your heartrate, it counts, right?)
                              Sunday - Blah. I was a bum, it's a rest day though.
