      walked only 1 mile, but it's the most I've done so far!!!

      I will be gone next week, going to Las Vegas w/ DH! Will post my exercises when I get back if that is okay?

        stretch
        30 minutes on the life cycle - fat burn program
        1 mile jog around the track (puff, puff, puff)
        weights

        going down to seaside for training tommorrow. not sure
        how this is going to effect my exercise routine.
        can't go to the gym when I'm down there.

                  early morning wooded hike for 2 hours afternoon urban hike with hills and fountains for 4 hours....then 3 hours of intentional exercise...what a weekend!!!.....whoo hooo!!!!.... :icondance
