          1 hr at the gym

          DH and i joined a YMCA that just opened up about 2 miles away from our home. we had went to the open house last weekend. the doors officially opened up on monday. we went yesterday and signed up. today was my first workout there. DH had some errands to run, but i wanted to go workout. sunday hours are very short so didn't have alot of time to go run around with DH. he went in with me and showed me how to use a few machines, then went on his merry way. he said he'd pick me up in an hour. so i hit each machines for 1 set of 12 reps each and did a warm up and cool down on the treadmill. a little time on a recumbent bike, and then tried the stair climber. wow.....never been on a stair climber before.....just 3 mins kicked my booty!!!!!

          sorry for the rambling just kinda excited to finally belong to a gym!!!!

                              I gave blood today and got really dizzy which is unusual for me. I am taking a sick day because they said that I should refrain from physical activity.
