This board is weird I started the thread & posted this last night & its gine this morning. :confusedI try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

Hey!
Got up this am and found that I needed another rest day.....the hip was a bit on the snarky side. I think that I, in my determination to do the S in 6 Program as written, may have been a bit foolish.
Soooooooo, I am going to have to insert more rest days than the, 1 after six days, the Program calls for.
Please call today another REST DAY.

I played darts, not the most energetic of excercise things, but it is on the presidential challenge site, so I may aswell put it in here too!sigpic260/215/180 Male - 36 y/o
It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
