          Hey!

          Got up this am and found that I needed another rest day.....the hip was a bit on the snarky side. I think that I, in my determination to do the S in 6 Program as written, may have been a bit foolish.

          Soooooooo, I am going to have to insert more rest days than the, 1 after six days, the Program calls for.

          Please call today another REST DAY.

          Ta, till tomorrow.

                I played darts, not the most energetic of excercise things, but it is on the presidential challenge site, so I may aswell put it in here too!

                I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                  Not very fast as I still feel rather icky but at least it is something.

                    I didn't work out Tuesday. I found out that my daughter in Oregon is in the hospital. I was on the phone all night with family. She doesn't want me to go out there at this time but I might go out later.

                    I will resume exercise this evening (Wed).

                        It's a very heartbreaking time for me right now. I won't go into details on this thread. The last thing I want to do is exercise but I know it will make me feel better :yes
