    Wow! We're at the start of the fifth week. It's gone by so fast!

    30 minutes aerobics, 10 minutes hula-hooping, squats completed so far. I may do some ab work this afternoon.

    Update: Just completed my abs workout.

      i've got 1/2 hour of biking done so far. ended up doing 45 minutes worth plus some stab. ball
