The #47 6WEC will begin on Sunday, September 21 and runs through Saturday, November 1.

1. Tell us how many days a week you plan to exercise.
2. Make a note of your beginning measurements. You do not have to post them here if you aren't comfortable doing that. Just be sure to write them down someplace safe to compare with your measurements at the end of the challenge. Click here for a picture that shows you where to measure. The following stats are the only ones that will be considered for the ribbon awards.
-Under arms, around chest
-Fullest part of chest
-Ribcage
-Waist
-Hips
-Upper arm x 2
-Thigh x 2
-Weight
Don't forget to check in!

2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Sick days do not count as slugs.
