            Well, you shamed me into it ... please sign me up for 3 days a week (at the gym ... I actually plan to walk in addition, so I'm aiming for 5-6 days total; but, for sure, you can count on a minimum of 3!)

              Jimmie, I'm totally new to this site's rules and regs for challenges. Can you fill me in? I haven't exercised in over 2 yrs, but I'm willing to commit 4 days!! Just let me know what I'm supposed to do. momtomany1 gets the credit for spurring me to action. Thanks!!

                  each challenge has it's own set of rules and things that have to be done but since you are quesitoning in this thread, in this challenge, we'll only deal with this one.

                  i don't know how to expand on the challenge rules and what's expected other than what is in the first post. is there something specific that you aren't sure of?

                  as for the other challenges, send me a pm on the ones you are interested in and i'll answer anything i can about them.

                    I think I can clarify for her.

                    It is really easy, Kapi. You already did the first step, signing up. Now, on Sat or Sunday this weekend, take your measurements and weigh, write them down. The instructions of where to measure are in this post, with all the rules. http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...e-measure.html

                    You don't have to post them.



                    Then post, daily if you can, what you did, if you exercised or rested.. if you have a day you are sick, post that. At the end, measure and weigh again, and post the results!

                        Never done this hope I'm joining the way your supposed to.

                        I have been exercising since yesterday.

                        The video The Firm Hi-def Sculpt 45 minutes

                        So:

                        Monday 9/15/08 45mins
                        Tuesday 9/16/08 45 mins

                        I only have one CD until I can buy the rest of the dvds in the series

                        I am planing not to stop since it is not too hard so I don't see myself giving me an off day or so I think...

                              are you sure? 7 days is a hard accomplishment. veteran 6 wec challengers have tried and failed. i will put you down for 7 but if you change your mind before sunday [first day of the challenge] just let me know. it can easily be changed.
