Well, you shamed me into it ... please sign me up for 3 days a week (at the gym ... I actually plan to walk in addition, so I'm aiming for 5-6 days total; but, for sure, you can count on a minimum of 3!)

each challenge has it's own set of rules and things that have to be done but since you are quesitoning in this thread, in this challenge, we'll only deal with this one.
i don't know how to expand on the challenge rules and what's expected other than what is in the first post. is there something specific that you aren't sure of?
as for the other challenges, send me a pm on the ones you are interested in and i'll answer anything i can about them.

It is really easy, Kapi. You already did the first step, signing up. Now, on Sat or Sunday this weekend, take your measurements and weigh, write them down. The instructions of where to measure are in this post, with all the rules. http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...e-measure.html
You don't have to post them.
Then post, daily if you can, what you did, if you exercised or rested.. if you have a day you are sick, post that. At the end, measure and weigh again, and post the results!

are you sure? 7 days is a hard accomplishment. veteran 6 wec challengers have tried and failed. i will put you down for 7 but if you change your mind before sunday [first day of the challenge] just let me know. it can easily be changed.
