Wow! I can't believe we're at the end!!

20 minutes of yoga, strength training and squats. I'm going to do some step aerobics and ab crunches in a few minutes.

        Yes, another 6 weeks!

I want to express my sincerest appreciation for our moderator Jimmie 48, the ADBB and ADBB members who participate in this six-week challenge that gets me working out 6 days a week, plus our specific exercise challenges.

In the past few months I have come a long way, yes with some weight loss, but mostly in getting into much better shape.

For example, today I am doing push ups. 25 at a time. I have done 150 so far and I am not feeling any strain, so I might do more. When I started, doing 10 was exhausting.

Last night at the gym I was doing flies with two 50-lb. dumbbells while laying on the stability ball, no problem. When I started, using the 25-lb. dumbbells was huge. I did not even pick up the 50 lb. ones a few months ago. Heck a few months ago I had never tried the stability ball!

The results include feeling better, looking better, being stronger, having more confidence, being in control, and looking forward to accomplishing more.

        Thank you ADBB!
