40 push-ups, 50 crunches, 50 squats. 3.5 hours milking the cows, not strenuous, but definitely exercise and during my usual biking time so I couldn't do that!
Oh I had great intentions to go and walk at the track on lunch. I spent lunch waiting for the lock smith to get my keys out of my ding dang car! So I paced around but I'm not counting it. Rest day and tomorrow I'm gun ho.
