      40 push-ups, 50 crunches, 50 squats. 3.5 hours milking the cows, not strenuous, but definitely exercise and during my usual biking time so I couldn't do that!

          Abs with weights, stability ball, push ups, weight machines, dumbbells, squats....

            Oh I had great intentions to go and walk at the track on lunch. I spent lunch waiting for the lock smith to get my keys out of my ding dang car! So I paced around but I'm not counting it. Rest day and tomorrow I'm gun ho.

                    with my 15 min exercise bike i am the weenie so far
                    starting up slow, to avoid exercise injury like i did to myself last year
                    yoga class was full, may be able to join next week if there are "drops"
