48 km bike ride (had the kids at the babysitter). My husband says I won't be able to walk tomorrow and I am afraid he may be right. The most I had done before today was 19 km! Thank God the wind was behind me on the ride home! Going to forgo the squats etc tonight!
Oh, did I ever exercise today! 16 cycle miles, over 4 elliptical trainer miles.. that is one full hour on an elliptical which I did not think I could do!
run-walk 1/4 mile, carrying 50 lb pack (i weighed it!) from the toolies parking lot at school so as not to be late to first class for the second day in a row!!!
