                    Cooking for 2 solid hours- fast paced. Also, 35 minute brisk walk to take a break from the kitchen!!!

                        Ok all done!

                        I almost bailed out today since I cheated on food but I made a commitment to this challenge and I feel is stronger than anything.

                        I did 350 Jumping Jacks Went up 120 stairs quickly (went up and down the stairs of my 3 floor home ; )

                        Went outside and ran all the way once around my block no more since its dark.

                        My stomach hurts and so does my side by my rib : (

                        But I made it for today yyyeeeaaahhh!!!!!
