Goal 1: Successful 14-day Induction, started
9-8-08, met on 9-21-08: -6.3 lb, -7.75 inches WOO HOO!
Goal 2: Lose 10% bodyweight, 19.6 pounds
Goal 3: Walk, exercise bike, golf, or yoga 15-30 min, 3x/wk. Consistency counts more than anything.
DON'T START OVER, GO FORWARD!

Hot Damn Mitzi! Your pictures are a true testimonial to how well the program works! You lost a lot of weight in a good amount of time and look fantastic. From 20/22 to 4/6...and in your 40s! I'm in my 40s and have 30 more to lose, if not more once I get there. I'd love to accomplish that as quickly as it appears you did. And how tall are you? I'm 5'4".

Elizellen, your picture is way outdated. Why not post a newer shot? Surely you have some! I need more inspiration to attain my goal. I'm always falling short of goal and I'm very serious about Atkins, so it's nice to see all the before/after shots of people.
