                            Hot Damn Mitzi! Your pictures are a true testimonial to how well the program works! You lost a lot of weight in a good amount of time and look fantastic. How hard did you work at it outside of eating right? Did you do a lot of exercise. Do you have your story anywhere?

                            From 20/22 to 4/6...and in your 40s! I'm in my 40s and have 30 more to lose, if not more once I get there. I'd love to accomplish that as quickly as it appears you did. And how tall are you? I'm 5'4".

                              Elizellen, your picture is way outdated. Why not post a newer shot? Surely you have some! I need more inspiration to attain my goal. I'm always falling short of goal and I'm very serious about Atkins, so it's nice to see all the before/after shots of people.
