Mini-Goal 1: 215 - the weight I was when we got married - MET!!!!
Mini-Goal 2: 200 - BMI will be under 30!
Mini-Goal 3: 180 - weight I was in college
Ending Goal: 169 - no longer classified as overweight!
going to have to be a rest day, meant to get up and walk but they made me work a double yesterday, and I have to get going to work today. I couldn't get myself out of bed!
20 minutes of floor work for lower body, plus pushups and tricep dips.
Not very much exercise, for a day off of work... I had planned on doing much more, but just didn't squeeze it in. I work 6 days this week, so it's going to take a concentrated effort to get in 5 days of exercise. If I didn't have this challenge to keep me accountable, I have to admit, it wouldn't get done.
