    Mini-Goal 1: 215 - the weight I was when we got married - MET!!!!
    Mini-Goal 2: 200 - BMI will be under 30!
    Mini-Goal 3: 180 - weight I was in college
    Ending Goal: 169 - no longer classified as overweight!

              jack ran around all day but didn't do much in the way of working out.
              i worked 6+ hours but did nothing besides.

              both of us will take a rest day.
