Skeye - I am out of action excercise wise for the near future. I hurt my back the other evening whilst weight training.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Last night I did 48 min on the treadmill. Still can't hit the 60 min mark yet.
Tonight I'm going to do weight training on my lower body and 30-45 min on the treadmill. I might set it on level 10 and see if it kills me

My exercise for today:
20 squats
20 lunges
25 dead lifts
40 crunches
40 reverse curls
Cto5k Week2 Workout 3.. I'll admit I cut the workout a bit short. I started feeling as if someone had packed my chest full of cotton balls and I just couldn't breathe so I stopped. So I only got 6 mins of running and 13 mins of walking for a total of 1.26 miles (instead of the 1.68 miles I'd normally have gotten).

Hi Skyye,
Catch up post...been sick and haven't really gotten back my usual energy to tackle exercise yet. So from my last entry until today are sick days...but if I don't get off my butt on Saturday I'm starting to collect slugs! I'll probably not get back on the SI6 wagon quite yet but will have to start easy as I am still not healthy and am having problems with general malaise!

Rest day - except for doing some lifting - carrying boxes down 2 flights of stairs, loading them in my car, taking them out of my car, and finding a place for them inside an apt the size of a hobbit hole.
