    abs, pushups. hopefully this weekend is nice enough for some nice walks

        1 hr. on the treadmill, plus stretching ... I managed to over-extend my left hip a few days ago, so I'm looking forward to taking the weekend off!

                  sanding floors.... who could have guessed. i worked on those things for 7 1/2 hours today. it's a bit remodel and yes, every floor has to be sanded a couple times.
