        Ack! I'm a slug!! I just didn't manage to squeeze any exercise in on Sunday.

        My rest days are usually Monday and Saturday, as those are my longest work days, and I know that I won't be exercising then... so I'm screwed.

          unless you pledged 7 days a week and rested on sunday, you can't get slugged on the first day of the week.

          i'll post it as a rest day and we'll see how the rest of the week goes.
