Mini-Goal 1: 215 - the weight I was when we got married - MET!!!!
Mini-Goal 2: 200 - BMI will be under 30!
Mini-Goal 3: 180 - weight I was in college
Ending Goal: 169 - no longer classified as overweight!
rest day. I need cardio, because while milking is exercise it is not aerobic, but I am tired from being up to midnight milking so much so I am taking a rest day anyways!
