          i've got the rest of you added on my chart. looks like i'll be doing 3 of these per posting so please, be considerate to post in a timely manner and i'll do my best to keep up.

                michelle, each day a new thread will be posted in the 6 WEC Forum. the thread will correspond with the day. for example:

                6WEC#48, Week 1, Day 1, Sunday, November 2

                Post if you exercised, took a rest day or a sick day. slugs are given by me if and when it happens.
