        i'll record my exercise if and when it happens. i'm here to say that myjack is taking a sick day. he had surgery this morning and will be out of it the remainder of the day.

            no mom, it's been scheduled for over a month. it wasn't major surgery but something that couldn't be done in the dr.s office. he's been doped up since about 9 am and was told DO NOTHING for the rest of the day. no problem, since he keeps going off into lala land .
