    I just did 400 ab crunches. Will be doing 30 minutes of aerobics and squats later today.

              Walking (trick or treating! With the kids of course!). I tell you if mental exercise counted the energy it takes to resist the 4 shopping bags of candy on my counter would definitely be significant. Just thinking about how much I usually gain around Halloween and Christmas makes me glad I am sticking to Atkins.
