    Oooh! Looks like I get to start the thread today!!

    Walking then pilates and body conditioning classes tonight.

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

          I did 1 hour on the Playstation DDR ( dance dance revolution) and 45 squats.

              i went to work today and did my usual thing with the floors, nothing extra at home. in short.... it's a rest day.
