    Looks like I get to start today. I am going to ride my bike for 15 mins, stability ball stretches 10 mins, squats, then going to try for another 15mins on the stationary bike.

    I got my 3 days in last week in some form or fashion.

            you must report all the days you exercise otherwise they won't be posted to the chart. as of right now, only two days were reported.
