            Walking at lunchtime then pilates and body conditioning classes plus some stationary biking tonight.

              still sick... I was diagnosed with Shingles yesterday... so, I'm in a lot of pain. I don't know when I'll be feeling up to exercising again. I think this is worse than actually having the chicken pox!
