    Hey!

Spent all day cleaning........am totally nackered! So, Skyye, if you would please, kindly plunk a smiley down for me cause I sure earned it!!!!

I will take my Rest Day tomorrow. Expecting company to arrive by 1:00 so it's going to be a long long day.

Re: Problems with dizziness while doing various parts of the S in 6....I found that, if I did not have anything to eat, I would get extremely tired real fast, and a couple of times a bit light headed too. Eating a few mouthfuls about 20 minutes before exercising helped with that.

Re: Slowing down your heart rate before lying down to do the floor work....That sounds like a very sound idea. I hate to see you give the Program up, given the great results you have had. After all, you are the one who inspired my to try it, and since I started I have lost all the weight I gained over Christmas, plus another 2 pounds! This may not sound like a lot, but on me it's a whole pant size!!! :yes

Bree you noted that you had problems with getting dizzy while doing the "Mountain Pose" of the yoga section.....this happened to me too! :yikes It finally dawned on me that I was holding my breath!!!! I found that as long as I focus on inhaling deeply, and then slowly blowing out (sort of like blowing out a candle but very slowly) I did not have the dizziness.

    Hope this helps.

Ta, see you guys on Wednesday.

Oh it's a good program. Going to stick with the ramp it up though, for now. Or do the burn it up in 2 parts or something. Really felt awful. And I had eaten.
Thanks for the input! Glad you are doing so well, and glad I had something to do with it!! :hug

                        Thanks for the advice Jordan!

I'm going to stick with it... even though I'm kind of bored w/ it. I think its helping me get rid of the excess "LOVE" around my middle.
