    Someone won the third Sprint Cup! Congrats to the #48 car!!

    Not to hijack the thread, today I ran 1.5 miles, rowed 2, did 1 h weights and 80 abs.

            In honor of this great Three-peat:

            I did 300 abs, 30 minutes of SB/magnetic work, 300/3 push ups another favorite, and 30 squats which are not yet my friend.
