    whoa.... i can't believe how many challengers have not posted for today.

    rest day for me in this challenge.

      10 minutes eliptical, 10 minutes rowing machine, 30 minutesbicycle. weight machines.

        1 hour gym - cross trainer, treadmill, free weights, power plate, lat machine, abs.
