    hey scott
    induction is fine. this challenge doesn't care what phase or rung you are on. exercising our bodies is the main game here.

            Bummer! Is there a minimum you must post each week? I know it says every day, but if I can only post 2-3 times a week from Hawaii, can I still be counted? I might be able to convince my husband to pay for internet a couple of times for that last week.

              hi, add me pls for 4 days. I started atkin november 12 at 276lb and fall of the wagon Nov 27 because of bad flu. I restarted Dec 09 and today I am 256lb. Sorry if my english is broken or mis spelled. I am on my way to learn.

                Hello, I wanted to post my inches here to make sure I can find them at the end! It was rough to measure today, it really made me confront the fact that almost all my loss was before April and I've been a lazy slug (yes, slug!) for several months. I was only 1 inch down from my April measurements even though I'm over ten pounds down from then. That just shows what no exercise will do to you! So glad to be back on this challenge!

                  actually the 'rules' state to try to post daily. that's so my charting doesn't get so far behind plus you get to see your progression throughout the weeks. but if you are able to post even once a week, that will work. i don't remove anyone from the chart unless they have missed 14 days in a row.

                          focus, yes, this is the first day. i don't chart what anybody does being specific like biking or swimming. the only thing on the chart will be a smiley face which means you exercised that day, a guy sitting on a couch, which means you rested, a sickly looking character which means you were sick that day or a slug if that applies.

                            I commit to exercise 5 days per week. Here are my measurements:

                            -Under arms, around chest 41.5
                            -Fullest part of chest 44
                            -Ribcage 37.25
                            -Waist 36.25
                            -Hips 47.75
                            -Upper arm x 2 14.5 (L) 14.25 (R)
                            -Thigh x 2 29.5 (L) 29 (R)
                            -Weight 216.7 (edited on 1/22/09 from 212 to 216.7 because my new scale shows me as 4.7 pounds heavier than my old one - regardless of either number I've lost the same amount of weight)

                            I'm sooooo excited to see what changes occur after 6 weeks!!!! Thanks for organizing this jimmy!
