      A rest day officially as it was a Christmas party at the gym tonight - though I did do quite a bit of gyrating on the dancefloor between socialising with my fellow gym rats. I didnt eat even one mince pie or any of the free chocolates either!!

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

        20 minutes treadmill, 20 minutes bicycling. 20 "floors" on the stair stepper (whatever that means).
