    Dying from a hangover today. Went to see this band in concert & it turned out to be a party with me drinking shots of Tequila with Binky Lampano who has been called the greatest living blues singer in the whole wild world till 1am in the morning

    Binky Sings the Blues:


    Morning: forced myself to sweat out the Alcohol doing 30 minutes on the Nordic Track
    Afternoon Session: 35 Minutes Lap Swimming followed by a little more sweat in the steam room

    I think the alcohol is all gone now
    I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

            Wow, my foot is really sore from that corisone shot yesterday!! urplequ:

            However, I will do some weights tonight and 30 min treadmill.

                      Feeling a little better today (not near as sleepy). Today was supposed to be a repeat of Week 2 Workout 3 for Cto5k but I think I will skip it and do something a little less intense (probly the WATP 1 mile vid) as I'm still pretty congested.

                          Yanno what.... as the day has gone, my foot has become more and more sore from that shot yesterday urplequ: I think I'm going to rest today and hope it feels better tomorrow.
