    Good day, all! I hope everyone is well today! Mondays are always hard but with all the energy we're getting from exercise it shouldn't be too bad! Right??

    I walked and did lots of crunches and other exercises. Plus I've been dancing around a lot, it is amazing how much of a workout and how much fun it is! I find myself just shaking my bum when cooking and such! It's great!

            Keep up the movement everyone! What a variety of exercises we're doing!

            Before work: 5 min treadmill warm-up, 35 min lifting
            Morning break: 15 min clogging
            Afternoon break: 15 min clogging
            Evening: 100 crunches

                          Walking, weights, elliptical plus stationary bike as well as a free half hour personal training session.
