    i've just finished 45 minutes of biking and 35 minutes stab ball work

    have a good one, challengers!

    it might be a good time to begin checking the past charts for missing days. i won't update the charts week 1, 2, 3 or 4 but i will make sure my master sheet has the changes.

              10:30 am - 15 min clogging
              2:20 pm - 15 min clogging
              3:45 pm - 20 min treadmill, 35 min circuit training
