I've been dealing with the remnants of a migraine I had this morning, but I still managed to get in about 30 min clogging (not full out like I usually do though) and 50 crunches.

Back to Induction 1/2/10 (low weight was 173 on 9/7/08, CRASHED off the wagon- but back now!)
