    Good Evening, all! I hope you have all had a great day and gotten in some good exercise! I've been so busy this week and next week is no better but it is amazing how I feel so much better when I take a little time for myself to do some exercise!

    Walking and ab work today for me!

      no real good exercise for me. i worked this afternoon but i won't count it.

      if you saw a rest day, yep i typed it and then felt bad about not doing anything so i biked for 20 minutes.

            25 mins crosstrainer and then freeweights (arms) for me.
