I'm doing great today... on track, focused, got my water intake for the day down and my exercise!
I did 40 minutes on the elliptical and 45 minutes of weight training (arms, legs, chest, back and stomach).

The rower is more intense and exhausting than a treadmill but I sure would love to trade it in!!
