        nothing for me today. Sick after a seizure. Will be starting tomorrow.

            Tuesday was walking...by the time I finished and got around to posting...I found that the cable company just couldn't wait for my payday and I had no internet!! So, Tuesday was walking and I'll post Wednesday exercise in the appropriate thread.

                  Cross-trainer, treadmill, abs, free weights, push ups, power plate. Made 30 mins on the cross-trainer today - woohoo!

                    Sorry for the late report in. I have not had access to internet. Argh - hope it is not too late.

                    I rode my bike 45 minutes and went to pilates class.
                    149.8/no weigh/ 119



                    1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
                    what the rungs mean to me:
                    rung 1 - more veggies
                    rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
                    rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
                    rung 4 - berries, melon
                    rung 5 - wine -
                    rung 6 - beans, hummus
                    rung 7 - other fruits
                    rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
                    rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
                    Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
                    (on to pre-maintenance)
