Walk and abs/triceps/lunges/squats for me today - still not feeling great but on the mend.

Hi all. Just a quick check in. I will be home all this week because I'm not feeling so great. I have all the signs of the flu
I did 20 minutes of stretching/pilates and 15 minutes of weight training. I don't have much energy to do anything, but I need to keep on plan.F/35/5' 7"
Start: 7/2004 Total loss: 40 lbs.
Restart: 12/15/2008 264/237/140
Total Inches Lost: 34in. on 1/18/2009
MG1 - 250 (Reached 1/19/2009)
