    Took my dog on a walk this morning, about 25 minutes, and plan to do some abs/pilates this afternoon

    Back to Induction 1/2/10 (low weight was 173 on 9/7/08, CRASHED off the wagon- but back now!)

    Walk and abs/triceps/lunges/squats for me today - still not feeling great but on the mend.

        1.5 hours abs, arms, strength training aka SNOW SHOVELING!!!!!

          Whew! Ten minutes of stretching with the bands, 30 minutes of lifting weights and 30 minutes on the rowing machine....all because Tennessee got iced and snowed in!

            Hi all. Just a quick check in. I will be home all this week because I'm not feeling so great. I have all the signs of the flu

            I did 20 minutes of stretching/pilates and 15 minutes of weight training. I don't have much energy to do anything, but I need to keep on plan.
